BUILDING
The small building is very sunny, central and clean. Ten steps will lead you to the elevator which is very distinctive of the age the building has been built (around 1905). It is placed in a ideal position to discover the places of most interest in Rome. Minutes walk is St. Peter station, subway and bus stops.
LIVING ROOM
This is the warmest room of the flat and It is beautifully furnished with antique furniture.
The wooden table is in the middle of the room, two armchairs in front of the big tv color and dvd player. A belief and a desk with a chair are close to the bright window.
BEDROOM
This is the double bedroom where our guests sleep, it is carefully furnished with expansive antique trade furnitures. The room is very comfortable, bright and clean and includes a beautiful chest of drawers, a wide wardrobe, a mirror and desk furniture, two antique chairs and precious paintings at the walls. Out of the window our hosts enjoy the peaceful view of one of the places of most interest in Rome, Gianicolo hill, as well as the nearby S. Peter train station.
Nicolò III's valuable furniture give the warmth of the Italian old style homes, and it is the ideal to plunge into the real Italian life.
BATHROOM
This is the newly restored bathroom provided with a small window, shower, wc and bidet.
CORRIDOR
The corridor links the living room to the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. A small bookcase is in the middle with cooking books and guides of the city.
KITCHEN
Our newly restored kitchen, completetely equiped with washer, fridge, freezer, rings, oven, sink, microwave, juicer, very nice sideboard and stools.The kitchen leads to a bright, small balcony that overlooks a distinctive courtyard.
BALCONY
This is the small balcony where people hangs linen and cloths, usually Rome is very sunny and dryers would be useless. Our guests love the sight of the courtyard that surrounds the balcony, as well as the fountain.
